Office hours are Monday through Friday, by appointment.
When you call, please leave your name, telephone number, and a convenient time for a return phone call. I will try to return your call the same day. When we first make contact, we’ll talk briefly by telephone so that I can get a sense of your needs, and the degree of urgency.
If it is clear to me that I will not be the best person to help you, I may let you know that and suggest alternate resources. Otherwise, we will schedule an initial meeting. Often I am able to see new clients within one to two weeks, depending on their own flexibility.
